"Learn ABC & Letters" is an interactive learning game about the German alphabet with beautiful pictures. "Learning ABC & Letters" was developed together with speech therapists and German teachers and tested by children.

- The freeware version only contains the letters A-H (only 30 images / words). The full version contains the letters A-Z (288 pictures / words). The full version can be bought for EUR 2.99.

- The words and letters were spoken by a German speech therapist with high German pronunciation.
- The pronunciation of the letters is based on the requirements of the 1st class.
- In collaboration with the speech therapist, only words were selected for the app that are suitable for the youngest learners. The game does not contain any words with complicated letter combinations at the beginning that are not suitable for children to learn.
- The letter combinations EU, EI, AU (duck - yes, owl - no) do not occur, only words / syllables without consonant connections (camel - yes, crane - no, papa - yes horse - no). In the app only the consonant connections SCH (SCHAF, SCHAL ..) are used at the beginning of the word.
There is only one way to pronounce the individual letters (bird - yes, vase - no).
- The app contains 288 pictures / words.
- There are educational games for all letters of the German alphabet in the app: A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z Ä Ö Ü.
- There are only a few pictures for the letters Ä, Ö, Ü, X, Q, which is why these letters are not used very often in the game. The letters C, Y, ß were excluded from the game.

The pronunciation of the letters was corrected today as you suggested, that is, "kh" instead of "ka". We hope that this way the letters will be easier for preschoolers and first grade children to learn.

Application description:
Game 1: THE ABC
Simple alphabet listing that helps children learn the names of letters and what the letters look like.

Game 2: UPPER CASE
The children learn the capital letters in connection with a word. e.g. A for EVENING, O for EAR.
The letters show up randomly. The game contains a total of 280 beautiful illustrations, there are 10 pictures for each word.

Game 3: LOWER CASE
The game is the same as game # 2, only it contains small letters.

Game 4: FIND THE CARD
The aim is to point to the picture that begins with the letter shown.

Game 5: WORD EDUCATION
In this game the children turn the fields over and gradually reveal the word painted on the picture. The picture is hidden (behind the curtain) and with each new letter it is revealed a little.

Game 6: LETTERS IN THE WORD
One should find the letters in the word. E.g. you see the word “COOK” and ask the children to find the letter O in it.

Game 7: Memory
There are 20 cards in the area. It's about the game version of the game Memory - you have to a letter with the corresponding picture (A + EVENING, H + DOG, etc.).
